Company overview

Our story began in 2013, when the principals of two of Greece’s largest exhibition construction businesses joined forces. They brought more than 40 years of cumulative experience in European trade shows, deep local knowledge, and a shared belief that the industry needed a partner who treated every project as personally as their own. They founded the business in Saudi Arabia under the name ArabExpo, and over the next decade built it into one of the Middle East’s most trusted exhibition contractors.

Company history

2013

The principals of two of Greece’s leading exhibition and events companies join forces, bringing over 40 years of cumulative European trade show experience to a new market. Headquarters established in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia,operating as ArabExpo. The business rapidly earns recognition as a premier contractor for major international exhibitions in the region.

2014
2016
Expansion across the Middle East. New offices, production and storage facilities open in Dubai and Riyadh, strengthening the regional footprint.
2019

Appointed exclusive official contractor for Informa Markets (now Tahaluf) and preferred contractor for major national pavilions, including Germany, Turkey, Greece and Saudi Arabia. Production capacity expanded again to meet growing market demand.

2020
Construction and fit-out contracts secured for EXPO 2020.During the pandemic, the team works with Dubai authorities to build vaccination centres and implement health and safety protocols across the emirate.
2023
Strategic reorganisation launches specialist divisions Arabdeco (interiors and fit out) and VENUE HIVE (venue management and event safety), positioning the group for the next phase of growth and contributing to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 initiatives.
Today
ae events & exhibitions opens a new chapter, bringing the same industry expertise, operating model and standards back to Europe and into Asia, from our offices in Istanbul.

  • Advanced carpentry workshops for precise measuring, cutting, shaping and framework. Carpentry is a craft and skill comes only by practice.
